Sponsoring a Track Includes:

These programs will be moderated by a CHIME Senior Executive and allow you to host a discussion around one or two pressing issues facing healthcare executives today. The discussion will be recorded and turned into an editorial piece that is then distributed to the CHIME membership. Leverage this opportunity to position your organization as a thought leader and network with up to 5 CHIME provider members during this executive level conversation.

Advisory Session

CHIME Advisory Services provides firms with advisors including CHIME executives, CIO members and other senior healthcare IT leaders for strategic education and other organizational planning needs. CHIME will work with you to develop a three (3) hour program to be co-located with CHIME25 Fall Forum. CHIME will work with you to develop an interactive session to gain unbiased insight from CHIME CIO members.
- CHIME Senior Executive or Board member to serve as event moderator.
- Identify profile of target CHIME CIO advisors and CHIME to support invitation and registration to CHIME members.
- CHIME will manage all Advisory session participants including any honorariums and travel costs.
- Collaborate with CHIME on session agenda with support from CHIME to align on strategic direction.

Sunrise Sessions

Kick off each day of education with a sunrise session. Sunrise Sessions allow your organization to contribute to the educational experience. Sessions are 45 minutes in length and will need to be approved by our education team. Sessions should include a provider partner and feature C-level speakers from Foundation Firms. Sessions should align with the overall conference themes:
