Conference Center Digital Monitors

Three digital monitor zones will showcase sponsor content during the event. Opportunity includes exposure across three screens in three different locations. Content will run continuously from November 9 through November 13. CHIME to provide your team with specs to create and submit graphics.
Sponsor receives the following benefits:
- Acknowledgement in printed and electronic materials
- The content will fill each screen entirely, play without audio, and can be synchronized across all monitors - a large monitor at the lobby level near the conference center entrance; a monitor above the escalators on the ballroom level; and three side-by-side monitors also on the ballroom level, where the center display will feature sponsor content
- Sponsors must tailor their files to fit each screen size, with a recommended video duration of up to 30 seconds.
- Messaging must be educational in nature and not overtly promotional
- Messaging cannot reference competitive organizations
- CHIME reserves the right to approve video content
